On the same evening of climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge and visiting Vivid Sydney, I also stayed in the heart of Sydney’s CBD at Fraser Suites.
Upon walking through the front doors of Fraser Suites Sydney, I was welcomed by the friendly staff in the building’s lobby who got me checked-in and set-up for my night’s stay.
After finding out more about the facilities, such as a fully equipped gym, pool and spa on the 10th floor; and where to find breakfast in the morning, I headed up 26 floors up the elevator where my executive suite was located.
Walking into the suite, my initial thought was that it was very spacious. With a kitchenette and dining area, a study, a generous lounge and flat screen TV, as well as a bedroom and walk-in ensuite, you really could make yourself at home here. A home with absolutely breathtaking views overlooking the CBD and Darling Harbour too!
There were a few nice little touches to the suite as well (because it’s the little things that count, right?), including some complimentary Haigh’s truffles/chocolates and heavenly L’Occitane amenities.
One of the best things about a hotel stay is the breakfast, right? And Fraser Suites really didn’t disappoint. There was a generous range of breakfast options to choose from including your hot breakfast stuff (including eggs, bacon, hash browns, mushrooms, baked beans, etc.), as well as fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries, cereals and of course, tea and coffee. It was just what I needed to refuel after an evening spent walking to and from Circular Quay during Vivid, before checking out and heading home.
